How much tech is too much tech?
With the advancements in technology, we are seeing all kinds of new ways of doing things. Artificial intelligence is moving at a rapid pace and completely changing how many companies do business. Looks like the foodservice industry isn’t missing out on the technology bus either. Some operators are looking to implement AI to help in the human resources area of training.
Technology amazes me and will continue to change the way we live and work. What do you think? Should foodservice operators leverage AI to improve their recruitment and retention process? The final results may be worth it.
